Whilst carrying a business in a challenging environment created especially by the States where there is no or weak labour/ statutory regulations exists, Industries of Kerala can’t go any further with the kind of labour unrest that we had experienced in the past. The only solution is a dialogue with the Labour Unions and every issue needs to be resolved through peaceful discussions. KIF Labour Cell would represent and be part of every discussion that the member units will have with the Labour Unions for finding peaceful and cordial solutions.

The most important thing that entrepreneurs are aspiring to acquire is good quality employees. On the other side there are millions of unemployed people, both qualified and experienced, who are desperate for job opportunity. KIF connects them well so that the industrial units will get sufficiently experienced and qualified people so that they can improve their business proposition and the unemployed will get the much needed respite as well.
