In a fast changing business environment cost and quality of the product is of great importance. Since cost is also connected with productivity KIF is putting every effort to improve the productivity and quality of the products being manufactured in Kanjikode.
Productivity Cluster Development
Implementation of productivity initiatives of Quality Council of India is being handled by this Cell. Presently Kerala State’s first quality and productivity clusters are being developed in Kanjikode to implement the productivity improvement programme by the QCI.
Made in Kanjikode
Some of the finest products being used in this Country and elsewhere in the world are being made in Kanjikode. Making ‘Made in Kanjikode’ products ‘Zero Defect’ is the objective of this initiative.
